ホームステイ先に送りたい事前の挨拶メールを前回投稿しましたが、やや長文だったため、シンプルな例文を書いてみました。
◇メールの文例
Subject: Regarding Homestay - Shun Oguri
Dear Mr and Mrs. Seyfried,
Hello, I’m Shun Oguri, please call me Shun. First of all, thank you for being my host family. I will be staying with you for a month. I will arrive next Sunday October 29th.
I would like to introduce myself a little bit. I'm 20 years old and live in Tokyo, Japan. I'm a university student. I would like to share some of my experiences while I’m staying at your home!
I’m looking forward to meeting you soon!!
